أولاً: شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

* The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

* The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, with the original packaging and all accessories.

* It is required to provide the order number or invoice to complete the exchange or return process.

ثانياً: المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Coffee crops and food products after the package has been opened or used.

* Products that have been damaged or misused after receipt.

* Products that have been prepared or customized based on the customer's request.

* Gift cards and vouchers (if any).

ثالثاً: المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة

If the customer receives a damaged product or one that is different from the order, please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt date with attached photos showing the issue, and the case will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible.

رابعاً: استرداد المبلغ

* After receiving and inspecting the product, the customer will be notified of the result of the return request.

* Upon approval of the request, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the timeframe set by the bank or payment service provider.

* The time it takes for the amount to appear in the account may vary depending on the bank's or card company's policy.

خامساً: رسوم الشحن

* If the reason for the return or exchange is a defect in the product or an error in fulfilling the order, Ram Star will bear all shipping costs.

* However, if the reason for the return is the customer's desire, the customer may bear the shipping costs or they may be deducted from the refunded amount depending on the case.

سادساً: إلغاء الطلب

Orders can be canceled before shipping without any fees. After the order has been shipped, the return and exchange policy outlined above applies.

* Ram Star reserves the right to modify the exchange and return policy at any time, and the policy in effect at the time of order execution will apply.
